 Different than the picture, but a lot in one! Consider it a Surprise!Sep 08, 2010

As others reviewers mentioned, the Toysmith Doll Care Set is not exactly as pictured and it appears that each bag might contain different items. For example, the picture has bright colors and different labels than I received in our Doll Care Set. Our colors were pastel and the labels were different. That being said, it contained a lot of doll stuff in one package for a fairly cheap price. It contained two magic bottles, one with milk and one with juice. I bought two of those magic bottles for Christmas for at least $5, so for that reason alone, it's a good deal to me. It came with two bibs - one fabric one and the plastic one that is pictured in purple. It came with a doll potty. It also came with a plate and spoon and fork for the doll, as well as a sippy cup. It also contained assorted rubber ducky, lotion bottle, and other containers. Overall, I think it's a good buy, but just know that's it's sort of a surprise, like a Woot bag, where you get a lot of different doll stuff in one bag, but you can't be 100% sure exactly what you'll get and what color.

I bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. I was quite surprised at all of the items in the set. There is everything needed to care for baby. There are 29-pcs, which include bottles, diapers, baby wipes dispenser, bottle warmer, training potty a stuffed bear for baby, a sippie cup, bib, duckie for bath, hair brush and comb, feeding spoon, pacifier, and much more.Pluse it all comes in a handy reusable zippered case with handle, easy to load everything in and take along with her. I recommend this highly.

I had noticed after I ordered this item, that the picture changed often. The items weren't the same, and they were different colors, etc. When I received my order, some of the items were the same ones pictured at the time I ordered it (from Target), but lots were different, some weren't included, some other ones were, and the colors were TOTALLY different. This is a cute set, but photo is not accurate. Also, the quality isn't that great. The bottles are cool because they do unscrew and open, and the shampoo bottle pumps. The potty I received was blue and much smaller looking with no sticker as pictured as I write this review. It's okay for the price, but beware; you probably won't get what's pictured.

I'm very happy with what was in the set we ordered. It looks absolutely nothing like the photo, but I was prepared for that based on other reviews. Bottles, sippy cup, potty, dishes, a velcro diaper, bibs, booties, mittens, assorted bathing items and tiny toys. Everything fits a Fisher Price baby doll that we already have for our 2 1/2 year old. I was happy for the more muted colors, mostly blue and white, and lack of floral in the set that we got as we got this for *gasp* our little boy! He loves to take care of his stuffed animals and baby doll like he sees us take care of his baby brother. He's also potty trained, so the little potty is particularly awesome. This was the perfect set for him and he absolutely loves it. It was one of his favorite Christmas presents. He immediately started feeding his baby doll, putting it on the potty, changing his diaper, putting him to bed, giving him toys to play with, etc. Very educational and encourages his nurturing side.
UPDATE: After a month of infrequent use the bag has ripped. The thin floral fabric is tearing away from the edge along the bottom. I really don't care, since the accessories are still in great shape. And I need to get a bag that's a little more macho for my little boy. :) But just giving you all a heads up.

I ordered this for my daughter for her dolls & thought it was a good deal for all that is shown in the picture. The potty seat was a round bowl with a lip, The lotion, powder, oil bottles were all the same with the exception of different stickers on them. My 2yr old didn't notice a difference but I felt deceived by the product shown and what arrived at my door. Nothing appeared to be the same. I probably would not have bought this if I picked it up in a store.
