I read all I could find about this listing and was VERY surprised when the item arrived and I discovered it was only a small, very small, cut-out! Now maybe I am just stupid, and should not have bought it because the seller gave NO description and NO measurements, so my bad on that. But I, like probably a lot of other people, expected something else ... like a real banner to hang from a long trumpet! I was curious because of the price was very low but when I saw that shipping was EIGHT DOLLARS .... I naturally jumped to the conclusion that the seller was shipping something other than a piece of CARDBOARD!! Be aware! If a small cut-out is what you are looking for then this is a good one, though $8.00 shipping could pay for sending it to Russia.
