Blindingly bright for its size, best suited for a bag lightFeb 23, 2011
By fox-orian I bought one of these from the toy store I work at. I have the motorbike police variation.
Things to know:
- These are MUCH larger than a standard lego minifig. They're about the size of a Playmobil person.
- The design / placement of the on button makes this really well suited for a little light to attach to your bag, not really a keychain. If you keep it in your pocket, it's a little large, and could turn on a lot by accident. On your bag it's a non-issue and it's nice because it doesn't look generic like a flashlight. The flashlight feature feels 'hidden.'
- It's durable -- the arms, head, legs etc don't come off. The plastic is made of the same type Lego uses for its bricks, so it can pick up scratches, but its generally indestructible otherwise.
- The lights are BLINDINGLY bright. Both feet aiming forward, they easily light up a dark sidewalk or room. This has been very useful for me walking home from work in Boston this winter because many of the sidewalks I must walk on are dark in areas, and have patchy ice spots. This light has made it easy for me to avoid them.
- Battery lasts a good while. I've yet to replace it after many months of 'typical' use.
Plus they're just cute, hanging off your bag. I've gotten people who have commented just the fact it's a lego guy -- they don't even know it serves a purpose of being a flashlight!

Cute FlashLight for the Adult KidDec 03, 2009
By Christine This flashlight is very cute. If you have a Lego fan, they will love it. The arms, legs, and head all move, just like the original Lego toy. The light is quite bright and you can shine it on two places at once. I would buy it again.

Lego Key LightNov 07, 2010
By Mrs. G I have bought these for my two grandsons age 7. They are into Legos big time and I thought these would be good stocking stuffers. They put things like this on there backpacks. I know they will be delighted with them.

Awesome Legoman FlashlightMay 11, 2010

As a child, I always loved Legos and flashlights, so how awesome is a Legoman Flashlight! Within a couple of days one of the arms fell off. I knew it was a matter of time, but I didn't anticipate it happening so quickly. Fortunately, I found the arm when I pulled out my laundry from the dryer. So I guess durability in one way is bad because his arm fell off, but then it went through a wash and dry cycle, and I was able to snap it back on. I wouldn't say the light is super bright, but it is good enough. I love it!

Great for Lego loversFeb 07, 2010
By Ayrin Harris This is a neat little flashlight for kids that love Legos. It is surprisingly bright. My son likes to carry it in his backpack. It can be bought at REI as well for the same price.
