 educational and making a bath time more funNov 18, 2007

This must be the only toy my daughter has played for the longest... she
started to play with them around 11-12 months old, and now she is 19
months old, she still plays with them "every night" in the tub. She
usually get bored with toys easily, but only this product lasts that
long. The product design is very simple. My husband and I wonder what
fascinates her. I read somewhere that children can develop a sense of
"portion" by hands on experience with water and multiple cups in the
bath tub. She has other normal plastic cups (without holes) which she
keeps poring back and forth. One day she discovered 'holes' in this
product. I still remember the exact moment she looked so amazed,
enlightened, and compared with other cups. What a little scientist.
Thanks to this toy, my daughter loves the bath time every night before
sleeping. The bath time can be a very educational for children, I
learned.
The reason for 4 starts rated, instead of 5 starts, is that I feel more
greedy to wish there are more than 4 cups. The variety in sizes and hole
shapes, could make this product more interesting.

We bought these for our small daughters (9 months and 2 1/2 yrs) and they just love them. Each container spills water out in a different way and they stack neatly together to save space. One of them even has helped with rinsing shampoo off of their heads because they think it's funny. Simple, but great toys!

these beakers are great, very fun. They are also safe and chemical and toxin free, tested by healthytoys.com. Nice to know baby can chew on them and not get a mouth full of lead!!!!!

My daughter loves these when it's bath time. The different size/kinds of holes on the different cups always entertain her. I love the faces lol. She loved that they were her size and she could easily fill and dump them.

I was hoping for a bath cup that would slowly let out water or do it in different ways. Well, they do it in different ways, but the holes are so big in all but one that the water is gone quickly. They are fun for my 14 month old for a little while, but then he moves on to other bath toys, or just the cup I have in the tub. If the holes were smaller, it would be great. Also, the yellow one has a whole in the bottom, so the hole for the mouth is useless because by the time you get it filled and turned to pour out, most of the water has gone out the bottom.
Actually, thinking about it, they may work really well in a sand box with dry sand.
