My 7 y.o. loves this set (and all the other Calico Critters stuff that she has) and plays with it for hours. It is well made, very detailed and has TONS of accessories which make playing even more fun. I found the price very reasonable, definitely a good buy:)

My friends 5 yr old daughter loved the set, but we had a little issue putting things together. This set comes with "boxes" & "magazines" that have to be "assembled". The "boxes" weren't very durrable and hard to put together. Other than that she loved it. I don't think she cared that the adults didn't get the boxes right! And when they say small pieces, they mean small!

In addition to the Hedgehog family, we bought her some living room furniture. It was very much appreciated. As a 9 yr old, she is really into calico critters.
And as usual, Amazon comes through with good prices and fast delivery.

I recently found my old childhood dollhouse but it didn't have any furniture. It's 1/2 scale (1:24) so regular dollhouse furniture is too big. Luckily I saw this adorable living room set and decided to give it a try. All the furniture fits perfectly in my house and it's very well made. I love all the little accessories too. My only complaint is you have to put the magazines and packages together yourself and they are a little flimsy. I'm still giving this 5 stars because you get a lot for $25. I'm planning to order the Calico bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen sets too.

I bought a bunch of these toys for my daughter for Christmas. She totally loves them. They are very cute and you can buy so many different houses and accessories. She plays with them for hours.
