When I opened the box, I was disappointed because it looked cheap and small. BUT it works great and my boys love it! They can't get enough of it! Very fun and easy to use! The spray nozzle/pump is awesome. I was surpised how great it is after my initial disappointment. I would purchase this again!

I will start with the Pros: This was probably the least expensive gift he received this Christams but the one he refused to put down and loved the most. It sprays really far and with force so was the perfect gift.
The Cons are is is not made to last. It is very cheap material and may break fairly soon but it is worth the money if it only lasts a month if you have a firefighter fanatic like me!

My 2 year old daughter loves this toy! She used it for gardening, watering plants, spraying on the car, etc. The water can last for 10 minutes, and since it's a backpack, it doesn't hurt her back and makes it easy for her to run with it. I highly recommend this toy!

As most have said, and I would totally agree, this is a cheap Chinese piece of junk. Really is sad what you get for your money anymore. Nonetheless, we bought one as a gift for our son's third birthday being prepared for this thing to snap in two at any moment. The concept is adorable and he loves to put his fire boots and jacket on and stomp around the back yard putting out 'fires.' You can easily get a good 20-30 foot arc of water out of the pump too. The bad: the bottom of the tank where the hose plugs in is not accessible by human hands, so you're forced to try and seat the firehose onto the tank nipple without actually being able to reach it. Thus, the toy leaks right out of the box. The overall feel for the toy gives you the impression that any part of it could snap at any minute. I could totally see the pump handle snapping in two with a boy who might be a little more aggressive with his toys. Pathetic...and the reason for the 1 and 2-star ratings on the toy. High on FUN for the little guy but low on QUALITY/DURABILITY.

We bought this for my four year old son to use with a fireman outfit that we bought him. It looks very cool and squirts water very well and far. For the price, I can't complain. It is not the highest quality product, and I wish the straps were wider, but my son loves this and it still works after two months of abuse. I highly recommend this product.
